Seals for fridge and freezer doors are made using as a basic raw material - polyvinyl chloride, abbreviated as PVC. It is a man- made plastic polymer with a wide range of applications. PVC seals can withstand normal climatic conditions. They have good physical and thermal properties, good dimensional stability and high flexibility.
All raw materials are certified, have catalogue lists, are not a danger to health, are antibacterial and antifungal.

Magnetic strips are made from materials created from macromolecular materials / elastomer (10%) and barium ferrite (90%).

The extrusion of the microporous seal fuses the three materials using the extrusion tool:
- the hard part provides effective closing of the seal,
- the microporous part gives the characteristic foam quality,
- the soft part is made from a film on the microporous part and closes its molecules so their don’t absorb water.

Materials uses are in conformance with the requirements of directive 2002/95/EC-ROHS.
